The International Academic Association on Planning, Law, and Property Rights (PLPR) held its 17th annual conference May 1-5, 2023 at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. The event was hosted by the University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and co-sponsored by the College of Design, Georgia Tech University, and the School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, University of Maryland.
